Payment clears
Square processes the card payment and the transaction is confirmed immediately.
Seller arranges delivery
Seller ships the item or arranges pickup. Tracking is handled through the Club's shipping tools if needed.

Secure Escrow via Escrow.com
Used automatically when the agreed price reaches $1,000 or more. Escrow.com is a licensed, regulated escrow service that holds funds on behalf of both parties until the deal conditions are met.
Offer agreed
Buyer and seller agree on a price through the Club's offer messaging system.
Escrow initiated
The Club opens an escrow transaction on Escrow.com. Both parties are notified by email to accept the terms.
Buyer funds escrow
The buyer deposits the agreed amount (plus Escrow.com fees) into the escrow account. Escrow.com confirms receipt.
Seller ships or delivers
Once funding is confirmed, the seller arranges delivery, shipping, or inspection as agreed.
Buyer confirms receipt
The buyer inspects the item and confirms receipt through Escrow.com. An inspection period is agreed in advance.
Funds released to seller
Escrow.com releases the funds to the seller once the buyer confirms. If a dispute arises, Escrow.com mediates.

The Club fee is capped at $750 regardless of how large the deal is. On a $100,000 vehicle, for example, the Club fee is $750 — not $1,000. Escrow.com's fee is separate and governed by their published fee schedule.

Integrated Shipping for Parts and Small Items
For parts, accessories, and smaller shipments, the Club provides integrated shipping tools powered by EasyPost — directly inside the transaction thread.
How it works
Buyer provides address
After a deal is agreed, the buyer enters their shipping address inside the offer thread.
Seller gets live rates
The seller enters their ship-from address and package dimensions. UPS, FedEx, and USPS rates are returned in real time.
Seller selects carrier and purchases label
The seller picks their preferred carrier and the Club generates a prepaid shipping label.
Tracking is shared automatically
The tracking number and a direct tracking link are posted to the offer thread so both parties can follow the shipment.
