Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using btcclassicsclub.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Membership

• Membership fees are processed by Square and subject to Square's terms.
• Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Founding and Pioneer tiers include a one-time initiation fee followed by annual dues.
• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to a single account.
• Refunds are evaluated case by case at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Marketplace Listings

• You must own the vehicle or have explicit authority to list it for sale.
• All listing information must be accurate and not misleading.
• Photos must be genuine images of the actual vehicle — no stock photos.
• Listings are reviewed before publication. We may reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
• BTC Classics Club charges a 2.5% transaction fee on completed sales, paid by the seller.
• Vehicles subject to active liens, legal disputes, or reported stolen may not be listed.

5. Transactions and Escrow

BTC Classics Club is a marketplace facilitator, not a party to any vehicle transaction. We do not hold funds, guarantee titles, or verify vehicle condition.

• The "Buy via Escrow" feature connects parties through Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service. Use is governed by Escrow.com's own terms.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for all due diligence, including title verification and vehicle inspection.
• BTC Classics Club is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction.
• Fraudulent listings or bad-faith transactions may result in account termination and referral to law enforcement.

6. Code of Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Posting false, fraudulent, or misleading listings or profiles
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication toward other members
• Attempting to circumvent membership requirements or payment systems
• Scraping or reproducing Platform content without written permission
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content is owned by or licensed to BTC Classics Club. By submitting a listing or profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Bitcoin prices are for reference only and are not financial advice. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTC Classics Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of funds in a vehicle transaction. Our total liability shall not exceed the membership fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity. You may close your account by contacting us. Termination does not relieve obligations from prior transactions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to class action proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Active members will be notified of material changes by email.
